I am a licensed therapist in the Denver-metro area with experience in executive leadership, clinical training, and clinical supervision. I primarily utilize, and have certifications in, CBT and EMDR. I have also have training in IFS/Parts work. I have an eclectic style, so I am happy to talk about what that might look like in practice.
