Clients who work with me might struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic illness/ autoimmune issues, trauma due to relational/family dynamics, OCD, and grief and loss. I provide expressive arts therapy and talk therapy for all ages including mindful parenting support for adults and re-parenting and parts work for teens and adults.
My goal is to help clients explore complex feelings, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and encourage creativity and resilience. I also provide ERP and I-CBT for clients with OCD. I offer talk therapy and focus on self care, self compassion, and assertiveness training.
In therapy, I believe my clients are the experts on themselves and I am there to guide them through their emotions. With trust and understanding we can build a safe space together.
