Chronic illness/Autoimmune Disease Group Therapy

This is a covid-conscious on-going process group that lends support to women struggling with autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses to gain peer support. This group will focus on managing stress, healthy boundaries, self advocacy, and self compassion. We will utilize art and talk to process emotions, gain a deeper understanding of ones self, and create community.
