I will help you move out of survival mode and grow into your ability to experience fulfilling relationships, emotional resiliency, and live a more fulfilling life.
I practice evidence-based psychology to help you achieve your goals and lasting change. You will find my approach to therapy is very relational and collaborative, working with you to understand your story, your perspectives, and your aspirations. I draw from relational psychotherapy, attachment, neurobiology, MCBT and DBT based on your individual needs.
Counseling is a safe place to help you gain your footing in life, begin to heal, and grow into more of who you were meant to be. You will be challenged and offered new perspectives as you come to know yourself and develop the capacity to experience your life more fully alive.
