Together we will tend to and grow the parts of you that require care. My style is active, empathic, playful, direct, genuine, and adaptive to meet your needs. I work relationally and I want my clients to know that another human being is in the room so that they are not doing this alone. As your therapist, you will be supported free of judgment, and also challenged. I believe that the authenticity we both bring to our relationship is the catalyst to get you where you want to be.
I work with Individuals, Families, and Groups. My focus includes Men’s Mental Health, Addiction, and CPTSD. I also work with anxiety, depression, existential crisis, relationship issues, and life transitions. I work from a trauma informed lens that includes Attachment Theory, IFS, and psychodynamic principles. I am trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
I know from my healing journey that seeking help brings discomfort and many other beliefs to the surface. However, you have already made the beginning as you have acknowledged a desire to do something different.
