Groups
DBT Skills group
Manualized DBT Skills group sessions based on Marsha Linehan’s DBT modules, teaching skills in: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skill sets. Sessions will take on a classroom-like structure and will entail mindfulness practice, homework review, skills instruction. All DBT Skills clients must also be in individual therapy, either with me or any other therapist.
