Hello and warmest of welcomes! My name is Taylor Hane and I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. First, I am human, then therapist. Navigating the journey of life can be challenging, rewarding and everything in between and I am here to offer support and guidance towards growth through trained skills, fresh perspectives, and much more. I like to approach most things with genuine curiosity, humility, grace, and authenticity while valuing a strong therapeutic alliance. Above everything, I passionately enjoy working with people and utilizing my strengths/skills to help others feel empowered in their lives.
I have an integrated approach to therapy that pulls from different theoretical orientations (such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, etc.) for a tailored model specific to the client and their goals. Clinically, I like to tap into client's resilience and bring self awareness to the forefront by providing psychoeducation.
