You are shocked at the rage you feel by the unfair load you are tasked with. You’re not asking for much! Just a moment, a breath, some space, some clarity.

I am certified in EMDR, meaning I have specific training and experience in a highly effective type of trauma recovery therapy. I help new moms not only understand themselves better but unlock the ability to recover from traumatic situations that have them feeling stuck. I am a toddler mom myself and have a relational and humanistic approach to therapy.

Being a new mom feels tough and arduous for just about anyone. Going through trauma on top of that or experiencing new triggers from past trauma can feel downright unmanageable.
