I work with clients on the journey to parenthood, including trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the perinatal/postpartum period. I also work with adults experiencing depression, and anxiety, and who have traumatic family histories. I also treat couples looking to get out of unhealthy patterns or those wanting to more deeply connect with one another.
I will work to meet you where you're at and understand how you view the world. At the same time, I am comfortable challenging you to consider a new perspective and experiment with new solutions.
