I am Natasha Louder and not everyone has had access to mental health care. I am a firm believer that we can all use therapy as some point in our lives. No one should have to " just get through" those times and feel alone. Just in living, you may experience racism, racial trauma and stress. We all want the answer to the questions, "Is this normal?", "Why is every day a struggle?" or "Was that a racist comment?" You want to be seen. You want to figure out if you will ever feel good about your life, your loves or career choices.
I have over 25 years of direct client contact experience in both work and private settings. Because of my business experiences, I became a licensed mental health therapist to collaborate with individuals regarding life, home and workplace concerns. I can offer you a safe space to manage obstacles that may have you stuck.
My passion is helping those in underserved communities who may not have access to affordable mental health treatment as well as those in corporate America seeking space to heal and be their authentic selves as they face racism, sexism, trauma and overall stress.
