Asking for help can be hard and you’re brave to be here, taking the first step. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I want to honor that. My goal is to create a welcoming space that allows you to safely process your feelings and learn more about who you are. Some issues we may focus on include the death of a loved one, trauma, anxiety, and/or parenting support. I have served people across the lifespan; meeting children, adolescents, and adults where they are in their journey. As an EMDR Certified Therapist together we can process feelings, memories, and trauma that may be too difficult to manage alone.

I approach adolescent and adult clients with compassion and genuineness; assisting them while they discover internal resources that will help them cope with past, current, and future experiences. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and would be honored to be a part of your journey.

When working with grieving families I provide parental grief support, allowing a safe space to process your grief and learn how to meet your child’s developmental and grieving needs. I invite you to share your story while we find purpose and meaning during a hopeless time. Your grief is real and valid, let's honor that.
