Adjustment to College Group
Are you having a hard time adjusting to being away from home? Roommates driving you crazy? Do you feel like everyone else on campus is happy while you're depressed and not making friends? Do you feel too anxious to approach people and connect? Then this group is for you. In this group you'll learn adult social skills, how to make friends and connect with others on campus. You'll also learn assertive communication skills so you can advocate for yourself to professors and stand up to your roommates for taking your things or being loud. Sessions can be paid in cash or insurance.
