I am passionate about helping clients with trauma, anxiety, & depression, & most enjoy working with clients aged 13-35. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, & compassion, regardless of background. Working with those who are from more marginalized populations & concerns related to these areas (2S-LGBTQIA+ populations, women's issues, religious trauma, racism, physical health concerns/ disabilities, teen/adult children of immigrant families, etc.) is a passion of mine, but I am happy to work with those who are not part of these populations as well. I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
I work best with clients who have a main goal or focus they want to work on. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for trauma. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for other mental health concerns, and am trained in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality.
