Over the last 14 years, I have served clients with a variety of life issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/intimacy difficulties, parenting concerns regarding adult children, self-esteem, impulse control and motivation. Life is hard - I work with individuals to reduce stress regarding adjusting to transitions in life, living with chronic illness, strained relationships with loved ones, loss, choosing to leave a career or start a new one and overall life dissatisfaction. I enjoy supporting individuals to learn more about the mind-body connection to help promote values and direction in life.
I offer an effective therapeutic treatment and coaching experience using mindfulness approaches, trauma therapy and behavioral activation. We’ll work through your patterns and I’ll help you learn new ways to understand yourself and how to communicate. Individuals who complete this process often come out saying their life satisfaction has increased.
I live with chronic illness and empathize with the complexities it brings into all facets of life. Due to this, it is incredibly important to me to create a space that is non-judgmental, full of love, grace, acceptance, and joining you on your journey. My passion is helping people get to the rewarding parts of life.
