Welcome! I work with children and teenagers in Tampa, FL. My specializations include anxiety, ADHD, behavioral difficulty, and peer relationships. I support children, teens, and their families by helping them manage their emotions and behavior in a healthy, authentic way. During our sessions, I provide a space for them to explore their thoughts, experiences, and feelings through a strength-based approach tailored to their age and unique goals.
My main focus during sessions is to provide a secure, encouraging, and relaxed atmosphere for those I work with. When working with children, I use play therapy and creative interventions to help them express their needs in their own way. I believe that collaborating with parents is essential, and aim to find new ways to provide support at home.
