I strive to understand the context of your struggles first, so that we can unravel the deeper meaning of what’s been going on. I can help you untangle what it is that YOU want and stand up to the outside pressures.
I will work with you to set boundaries, process the past, tap into self-compassion, and practice refilling your emotional cup. I also have many years of experience working with children. I enjoy using play and art therapy techniques with adults and children alike. As a former educator, I know that learning doesn't end with childhood.
Therapy can be a space to learn about yourself, grow, and explore different parts of your story.
