Or maybe you push down your feelings and try to live the life you want but keep ending up with people who hurt you. You want to break out of the cycle, but you’re not sure where to start. You need hope for recovery from shame and trauma. You need someone to help you to the next part of your story - a warm space to be yourself and not feel judged. A place to ask big questions, to grieve what’s been lost and to hope for what’s next.
I’m Susanna. I support adults who have experienced abuse and trauma and want to feel safer in the world. I provide support for a variety of mental health and relationship concerns. I want to hold space for what you’re feeling and move at your pace. I work well with folks who want to learn more about trauma and how it shows up in their everyday life.
Therapy can look like whatever you need it to. We can explore what happened in your family growing up or in intimate relationships that harmed you.
