Sometimes people are living in survival mode and they're just trying to make it through the day. If you are ready to explore your experiences and invest in personal growth, I am here to help you slow down, reflect, and process what you are going through so that you can grow through it.
My name is Edith, I have been providing therapy since 2016 and have worked with children, teens, and adults, giving me a wide range of clinical experiences. My specialty is in helping people identify how core beliefs came to be, make connections between past and present experiences, and identify the changes needed to grow and live more at peace.
