| español I have spent the last 3 years working with teenagers that have undergone trauma, and people who have been incarcerated. I work best with people who are having behavioral issues at school, work, or the home. You may have just had your first wake up call that something's got to change. I will help you get out of your own way and begin to like, even love, the person in the mirror. I will not only listen to you, but also teach you how to set meaningful boundaries with loved ones, how to relax properly, and how to get out of your own way so that you can grow into the best version of yourself.
