Hello and welcome! I'm Aaron, and I bring over 10+ years of dedicated experience to the field of mental health. My journey as a therapist has been shaped by a commitment to guiding individuals toward transformative change, using a person centered approach rooted in solution focused and problem solving techniques. Instead of just talking about problems, we will focus on increasing self esteem, overcoming barriers, and making plans to help you live your best life. This type of therapy is recommended for those struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions such as breakups and job loss.
Therapy with me will progress at a pace that you are comfortable with, ensuring that trust and goals are established before discussing difficult topics. I incorporate CBT and DBT based interventions to support the goal of all my clients gaining skills and abilities to one day manage their emotional and mental health needs without a Therapist.
Whether you have done Therapy before or are new to it, my style is effective at working with adults throughout various stages of their lives. I'm available for sessions throughout the weekdays, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
