Brainspotting is a therapy that is typically effective in 1-5 sessions. This therapy is very different than other Talk Therapies. You don't even have to talk about it to do the work and get healing.

This is a 8 week group that uses The Smart Step Family video series to learn how to create family attachments when there are non biological children in the family system. This is a Christian Lens group that looks at family systems and how we attach in a Biblical way. Your insurance may pay for this group therapy
