Finding the space to just be can be very hard. Especially if you feel like you don’t belong in that space; be it cultural, social, or political. When it feels like life can be too much and putting a band aid on the wound isn’t helping, therapy can be that space for diving deep into your heart, mind, body, and soul. And I would be honored to be there and guide you as you embark on this path. I work with clients who are in transitional moments of their lives, whether it is entering a relationship, leaving one, or figuring out the in-between. Together, we can cultivate a space that will help you align with your true self.
As human beings, we are constantly playing tug-of-war with our wants and needs, mixed in with familial pressure, social stressors, and life's everyday demands. My work consists of entering the parts of our selves that we avoid, or have trouble contending with. I work with individuals, couples, and families 18+.
As an integrative and holistic therapist, I will hold space for you to begin un-learning the unconscious thoughts, feelings, and ideas that have been afflicting your lives. I utilize an affirming framework that embraces a persons intersectional identities and cultures. I believe that we all have the power to live a positive, healthy, and beautiful life.
