My approach is a balance of practical solution-based work and cutting edge internally focused therapies. I integrate experiential therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) with neurobiology and cognitive therapies. As a result, progress can be felt quickly and efficiently, whether you are working on healing trauma, strengthening relationships, navigating a transition or getting clear on your personal values and purpose.
I emphasize creating safety and security from within by holding space for my clients and serving as a guide on their journey. I work well with high performing individuals such as teachers, coaches, first responders, creatives and entrepreneurs. I also work with couples on strengthening communication and offer premarital counseling.
I focus on collaborative healing from within and through relationships with others. I enjoy witnessing client’s uncover internal peace, passion and purpose as they walk their path of life.
