I take an intuitive approach to counseling that focuses on using the mind-body connection to deepen awareness and connection. I combine Internal Family Systems, somatic and trauma focused therapies, and solution-focused approaches to help you build a full relationship with yourself rather than just analyze your pain. We will use this in the present moment as we cultivate curiosity and find the best solutions for you.
I deeply enjoy helping people from all walks of life step into their truest selves, specifically, I love aiding those are looking to heal from perfectionism and self-worth difficulties, as well as, aiding mothers and women learning to stand in their power. I also enjoy helping healers and service-oriented professionals deepen their connection to themselves.

While there is no set agenda group members will use the time to interact and explore their relationships to each other and themselves. The group is led by Hunter Ward, LPC-A.
