I enjoy working with all ages, but I specialize in parenting of adolescents and young adults. I also work with couples/groups on relationship dynamics, communication skills, and healthy boundaries. I'm honest, transparent, and direct.
It can feel difficult or anxiety-inducing to begin therapy with someone you don't know. I offer a free initial 30 min phone consultation to help you determine if my style is the right fit for you. A trusting connection is vital to the therapeutic relationship, and I work to cultivate these important factors.
