I specialize in subcortical trauma-informed treatment by integrating EMDR with Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I have a post-trauma-growth focus that inspires a commitment to helping clients build resilience for a bright future out of their current challenges. I am licensed in Arizona, Iowa, and Nebraska. I enjoy offering in-person, virtual, and intensives to clients to meet their unique therapy needs.

In addition to helping clients move beyond challenges to excellence, I am passionate about helping therapists reach their potential with EMDR Basic Trainings through EMDR Consulting. I also offer EMDR & Brainspotting consultations for certification and monthly No-fee EMDR Study Groups for therapists with Stacey Beck LPC.
