Over the years, petty has become popular, going viral via social media around the world; however, what I've learned in life & in this field is whether we have been that person or been impacted by someone, we can all chase the root down to something deeper than the situation, i.e. sadness, anxiety or trauma. I am here to offer you a non-judgmental space to process from the petty to highly problematic experience. I am a 15+ year experienced professional equipped to help clients address concerns related to depression, grief/loss, anxiety, stress, trauma (specialty area), life transitions, and self-esteem. I have experience using creative approaches such as art, music, & role play along with talk therapy to process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I have learned that whether a person was four, 60, or any age in between, the common denominator has always been the desire to be listened to.
