I'm a Board & Nationally Certified Counselor who specializes in women's issues & maternal mental health. I hold master’s degrees in elementary education & clinical mental health counseling, w/ additional training in perinatal mood disorders & childhood trauma. Therapy offers the time & space to develop an understanding of the internal roots of the issues you struggle with, & allows you to discover who you are outside of what you can do or be for others. Ultimately, our work together will help you develop perspective, increase sense of self worth, and build confidence in your ability to implement change.

My clients often struggle with over functioning, trying to balance multiple roles, & feeling like they're too much & not enough at the same time. My focus is helping women overcome the guilt & shame they’ve absorbed from childhood trauma & family dysfunction that created patterns of over functioning in life & relationships, leading to burnout & resentment.
