I specialize in anxiety, addiction, transitioning, LGBTQ+ or gender related challenges, & school/work issues. You can choose walk & talk therapy or holistic options of Reiki and yoga. Or you can specifically utilize traditional research-based therapy such as CBT or person-centered therapy. Complementary therapies (CTs) encompass a variety of practices outside conventional therapy, focusing on a holistic view of health. CTs have benefits in addressing various mental health concerns.
Alternative mind-body techniques can lead to improved mental health outcomes, including reduced symptoms of anxiety, addiction, & mood instability. Individuals I work with report significant improvements in quality of life when enhancing counseling with holistic based therapy. Conventional and traditional approaches are available for those using insurance.
Walk & talk therapy and holistic services are only offered on a self-pay basis, due to restrictions on what approaches insurances will cover. Telehealth is available to anyone in NC or SC!
