I am a certified, holistic L1, L2 BWRT therapist. Courage and bravery are such an important part of your journey, especially your healing journey. I utilize Animal Assisted Therapy with a certified therapy dog, trauma focused utilizing BWRT, CBT, DBT and solution focused therapy. I like to walk along side others to help them heal their traumas, so they can see they have a story and that shaped them into who they are this very day. You don’t have to be ashamed of your traumas!

I work with clients who need help with trauma, PTSD, pet loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, feeling burnt out, caregiver burn out, negative self-talk, boundaries, and career changes. Once you can heal, see who you truly are, and discover your purpose in life you will be unstoppable! I am easy to talk to and compassionate.
