My approach is based in developmental and attachment theories and begins with total acceptance of all aspects of the self and . I specialize in therapy for therapists, men, folks on the path of self actualization and highly functioning women.
The most fundamental work we will do in the psychotherapeutic process is to create a calm operating mode creating security and confidence from the inside out. The goal is to connect you deeply to yourself. Liberated from insecurity you have everything you need to thrive. Our work is to identify and remove the unique, current obstacles to your growth.
