Hi! I'm Izzy. I specialize in attachment wounds (relationship issues) and self-esteem, often stemming from childhood emotional neglect and trauma. I also have expertise in eating disorders. I help people struggling in dating, friendships, and relationships heal their past and find the nourishment they desire. Many clients see me due to feeling lonely, not enough, or on edge in their closest relationships. Some notice self-abandonment or find it hard to trust and receive the depth of intimacy they crave. If this is you, you don't have to settle. Inner peace and fulfilling connections are possible.
As a somatic therapist, we'll go beyond traditional talk therapy to study unconscious beliefs and patterns stored in the body. Using mindfulness and parts work, we'll develop your capacity to choose how you respond to life, creating new structures that support lasting change. I'm trained in PACT for couples and welcome LGBTQ and nontraditional relationships.
You deserve to feel at ease in yourself and your connections. Together, we will get to the root of your challenges, improve your relationships, and help you live a more authentic and meaningful life. If my work resonates, I would love to hear from you. Reach out today to schedule a free consultation.
