My goal is to advocate for safety and support with every individual and couple that walks through my door. I am learning the complexity of how pain and suffering impact each person and how quickly we organize our lives and relationships to avoid it. I will create a compassionate space for you to unpack your pain and dress the wounds that keep you from feeling understood, connected, and at peace. With every step you take in your healing journey, I will walk alongside offering effective tools, humor and metaphors, and endless empathy for you to reach the goals you want to achieve.
I use a collaborative and strengths-focused approach, adjusting techniques to match each client's goals. Specializing in couples therapy, I work closely with communication issues, infidelity, intimacy, and rebuilding trust. With individual work, I advocate for my clients to safely navigate their pain/trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and addiction.
Starting therapy is not easy. I understand that you're paying to sit in discomfort as you talk about pain within your life and relationships. Why would you willingly choose to do that? Because you seek change. Contact me to set up a free in-person or over-the-phone consultation, and let's see what we can do together to foster the growth and freedom you want.
