I use a collaborative and strengths-focused approach, adjusting techniques to match each client's goals. Specializing in couples therapy, I work closely with communication issues, infidelity, intimacy, and rebuilding trust. With individual work, I advocate for my clients to safely navigate their pain/trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and addiction.
