It is my passion to work with others as they process past experiences, relational patterns, and pursue holistic healing in all areas of their lives. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they pursue understanding and healing. My areas of interest include trauma recovery, complex/developmental trauma, anxiety/OCD, depression, and low self-esteem. I work from a trauma-informed lens using person-centered, EMDR, DBT, IFS, and attachment based approaches.
I believe co-creating a safe, therapeutic environment with my clients is paramount to deep healing and lasting change.
