I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am passionate about providing affirming therapy for LGBTQ+, polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous, and kinky individuals as well. I am primarily a queer trauma-focused somatic therapist utilizing mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and parts work to help clients understand and reconnect with themselves.
I understand therapy as a collaborative process honoring clients’ lived experiences while opening space for growth and change. I consider clients to be experts in themselves, with my role being to provide support and accountability.
