Before I was a therapist I was a client myself, struggling with addiction, PTSD and other issues as well. My journey of healing led me to becoming a therapist to help others heal. My clients find me to be compassionate, non-judgmental and informative. I tend to work intuitively, while using my training and experience as a guide. I am focused on helping my clients navigate their own healing journey as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
My specialties include substance abuse (dual diagnosis), trauma/PTSD, codependency, dysfunctional family dynamics, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a wide range of skills, experience, and training to help ease the difficulties my clients are facing.
The 2020’s have been challenging to say the least. I know from personal experience the struggles and isolating difficulties that dealing with mental and emotional suffering creates.
