Virtual Monthly Mindfulness -- reignites fall 2024

Our 90-minute group features opening and closing rituals, meditative mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation opportunities. We develop quarterly themes to explore a particular topic. Past topics include Breathwork, Self-Awareness and Metacognition, and Self-Compassion. We create a relaxing environment and do embodiment exercises such as seated and moving meditation, breathwork, group processing, and other practices to explore the mind, feelings, and presence using sound, music, lighting, aromatherapy, and other somatic, or sensory, tools to inspire relaxation, inspiration, calm and beauty, and to explore our human experience in a nonjudgmental environment.
