Our work together shines a light as you find your way through your labyrinth of thoughts, experiences, and emotions. Formerly a performer and artistic director, I strongly relate to the challenge of authenticity and wellbeing in a world of dominant narratives embedded in capitalism and the patriarchy. My approach is warm and humorous but also direct. I enjoy guiding with CPTSD, PMDD, challenges with self-expression.
As a creative, I approach therapy collaboratively and with eclecticism. I'm nonjudgmental and relational. I use a psychodynamic lens. I like to connect talk therapy with what the body is saying too. Artistic exploration is a specialty. I bring with me a sense of humor and deep empathy and I stive to nurture a meaningful, authentic relationship.
I am inspired to work on Creativity Block, Self-Worth, Intergenerational Trauma, PMDD, Self-Esteem, Anxiety, and Depression.
