It is my belief that through the therapeutic relationship one can grow and make significant changes in their life. I will provide a supportive environment to assist you to increase your self knowledge, work through difficult feelings, overcome long standing patterns, and to find solutions to improve the overall quality of your relationship both with yourself and with others.

I work with both adults and older adolescents in individual therapy. My approach with each client is unique. I use a blend of techniques while always focusing on your goals. It is my intention to provide each client with a safe, compassionate space to do this work together.

I treat a range of issues related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, work related stress, relationship distress, grief, and trauma. I specialize in womens' mental health including women's identity development, medical conditions, transition to parenting, infertility and post-partum mood disorders and anxiety.
