I have worked extensively with individuals navigating life transitions such as finishing college, divorce, grief and career changes.

We live in an unjust world which causes harm, stress, depression and many other mental health concerns for each of us. I am queer and trans affirming and hope to talk about how all your intersecting identities make you who you are!
