I have worked in a psychological research lab, clinical neuropsychology practice, dual diagnosis treatment centers, a behavioral health hospital and private practice. Additionally, I studied women’s spirituality and healing through ancient traditions and rituals for 4 years.
As a therapist, I have experience providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy. I have worked with a wide array of issues including, but not limited to, childhood trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and relationship anxiety/OCD.
