Navigating the complexities of life can be challenging, daunting and overwhelming. We all come from various backgrounds and upbringings that shape us into who we are today. It takes strength and courage to want to explore and process our past to pave a more fulfilling and promising road ahead for us. It is an honor for me to walk along that journey with my clients, as they challenge negative thought patterns, work through anxiety and depression, explore the depths of their trauma, create healthier relationships, and break maladaptive generational patterns.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals from different age groups, cultural/ethnic backgrounds, and clinical presentations. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and often utilize that along with talk therapy, depending on what my clients and I think would best fit their needs.
My therapeutic process will provide a safe space, free of judgement, where you can remove the mask you may wear around others and be your true, authentic self. I will create an environment where you feel comfortable to dive into uncharted territories that you may have been scared to enter before. The unknown can be your greatest freedom.
