Welcome to therapy, I'm glad you made it! I am deeply passionate about helping people address the root causes of their issues, heal from past trauma, and develop their true sense of Self. I believe each of us has an innate capacity to heal and with curiosity, grace, and support our greatest potential can be unlocked. I use a combination of Behavioral, Somatic, and Psychodynamic approaches to therapy that aim to guide the individual toward the root of their conflicts, resolve them, and bring more grace and kindness into living. I also work with Couples and Families looking to address long standing conflicts.

My experience as a therapist comes from IOP and PHP treatment centers focused on Mental Health and Addiction as well as Children and Family Services. In addition to my formal training in Psychotherapy I have also spent time studying Eastern Philosophy/ Psychology and differing approaches to Trauma, Healing, and Inner Wisdom.

In addition to Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy I also offer Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy. I currently have a waitlist and am unable to take new clients at this time. I do however have a wonderful network of trusted colleagues and would be happy to provide a consultation call to connect you with a wonderful therapist, happy healing!
