Accepting new clients now- both in-person and telehealth available. Welcome! Growth and change as a human being is not a linear path and that can be incredibly frustrating. I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate through the ups and downs of life's fluctuations. Together we can look at thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to gauge what is currently working and where we can develop some new skills. We cannot heal anxiety and depression- they are part of the human experience, but that does not mean we can't change our relationship to them.
Mindfulness is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. By cultivating present-moment awareness and acceptance, we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and sensations with curiosity and kindness. We will strive to understand what is important to you and use that insight as our compass to guide the direction of our work together.
