Stress is overwhelming, and time management isn't helping. I have to find a way to break this cycle and reclaim balance. That’s what a lot of my clients are thinking, feeling, and experiencing when they reach out to me. Most of them are between 25 and 60 struggling with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and wondering what the point of it all is. They’re losing or have lost their connection to what matters most to them. I can help you reconnect.
Everyone’s needs are different. I do my best to tailor my approach to best address your needs. I integrate mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with clients interested in deeper work to address the roots of their struggles.
