I have over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, self-esteem and behavior management. Prior to therapy, I worked as a House Parent in a group home for youth and as a residential rehabilitation specialist with adults struggling with mental health. I have taught anger management groups.
I understand that life can present challenges and uncertainties. It's completely normal to feel a range of emotions in such situations. Remember that you are not alone, and it's okay to seek support from a therapist. Taking small steps and allowing yourself time to navigate through difficulties can make a significant difference.
