It is difficult, if not impossible to go through life and not experience some type of painful life experience. Whether we have had painful experiences since childhood or a single episode, the long-lasting effects, if gone untreated, can be detrimental. These unresolved painful experiences effect our lives in so many ways that it can start to influence our thinking, decisions, and overall way of living. It becomes difficult to have healthy relationships, hold jobs, and take care of ourselves. It is important to find relief and resolution from these experiences so you can start to live the life you deserve.
I focus on resolving the painful experiences that have been a major source of many of the issues in a persons life. I am trained in Brainspotting and EMDR Certified. I have spent over 17 years treating trauma in the community. I focus on taking a non-judgmental, shame free, and down to earth therapy approach that focuses on empowering you.
