I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, intimacy, self-esteem, body esteem, grief, and trauma. My treatment methods are mainly CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic with a Multicultural, Trauma-Focused, and LGBTQ+ informed lens.

I provide individualized, evidence-based treatments that meet your needs and goals. I believe that therapy must be a supportive environment for everyone who commits to growth, no matter their values, religion, preferred & identifying gender, sexual orientation, race, and/or ethnicity.
