We can learn to be still and connected in every moment without avoiding the hardships we've been through. I'd like to help you on your journey to self-preservation.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and groups. I have experience working with at-risk teens in a residential setting. I specialize in non-monogamy, addiction, betrayal trauma, attachment, healthy sexuality, shame resiliency, family systems, grief, and parenting support. I am a CSAT candidate and will be finishing my training in 2024.
