As a psychodynamic therapist, my approach emphasizes the unconscious mind, therapeutic interpretation and early childhood experiences. I help you better understand the unconscious forces which impact your current thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I'm an Internal Family Systems informed clinician and can help you identify your protective inner parts. I practice from an anti-racist & anti-oppressive lens.

We seek to recognize maladaptive coping strategies and identify sources of unconscious conflicts. This acceptance and care leads to a therapeutic environment and relationship that encourages your self-awareness and growth.
I have extensive experience with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, sexual and eating disorders and trauma. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am a pro-psychedelics therapist and have certificate in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I believe that psychedelic therapy, combined with therapeutic integration, can save and change lives.
